Lynne was welcoming and helpful, and the room felt warm and comfortable. I prefer a small place to a large, impersonal hotel, so this guest house suited me well. It’s close to Aberdeen centre, the station and Union Square, and there’s a self-serve breakfast room with a good range of what you need.

We were so glad to come across this guest house while passing through Aberdeen. The host was lovely, the rooms were clean, and breakfast had fantastic options. The location was great too.

Lynn was such a friendly host, and the rooms and toilets were really clean. Her place is close to Aberdeen’s main spots, and we had an amazing stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was warm, nicely furnished and decorated, and breakfast was continental style with a self-service setup. The host was friendly and helped me find somewhere to get dinner nearby. I’d book here again when I’m back in Aberdeen.

I haven’t slept this well in a while. The owner was so friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable with a homely feel. It’s in a quiet spot, just a short walk from Union St and all the bustle there.
