The room had a great view and a really comfortable bed, though it was small and had only the basics, as you’d expect at a budget hotel. The hotel sits in a great spot, close to everything and beside an alley full of good pubs and restaurants. Service was excellent, with someone always at the desk, attentive and smiling. Breakfast was very good, and so were the restaurant and bar. I highly recommend it.

A good value hotel in a handy location. The room was fresh, lovely and spotlessly clean, with adequate facilities. Staff were lovely and the buffet breakfast was great. I’d definitely recommend it for a short stay and will use it again.

Everything is within walking distance from this central location. The hotel has an older-style Ibis feel and could use some renovation. The welcome on arrival was not friendly at all, with no smile or conversation, and I felt unwelcome 😃. Thankfully, the reception guy on the other days was really nice and friendly. Breakfast is a very basic UK-style meal, so don’t expect much, but it’ll fill you up.

I had a fantastic stay at ibis Aberdeen. The central location made it easy to get around, with shops, restaurants and transport links nearby. My room was spotless, modern and comfortable, a good place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. Service stayed at a high standard throughout, and it was excellent value for money. I’d happily stay again and recommend ibis Aberdeen to anyone visiting the city.

The staff made our anniversary feel special with a lovely note, chocolates and welcome drinks. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the service warm. We also found it great value, with shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment all an easy walk away. Thanks, Ibis team. We’ll be back.
