The flat has good views, and the shared areas were in decent shape. It’s also well located for getting to the parkway and centre. There are some serious problems, though. The water pressure was so low that washing hands and showering felt nearly impossible, though I’m not sure if the whole building is affected. The finishes and build quality felt poor unless the owners refit them. My unit’s balcony drain emptied straight onto the boards, causing flooding, lifted internal floors, and loose and damaged kitchen fixtures. The mail room is unsecured, so valuable deliveries can’t be sent there safely. With the layout unclear, some drivers leave parcels on the floor in other shared areas.

My Range rover was stolen from the building, and when I put up a note asking if anyone knew anything about it, they took it down. Many people have the entry code, and parcels have been stolen from the mail room. They didn’t help me with my problem. One night, a strange man walked around the building, looking at the apartments for 30 minutes, so I called the police. I felt the place was dangerous and will never book again. There are escorts in the building, with many people coming and going. I feel like they know about this and about cars being stolen, because there are no cameras around the building and they don’t want to help with anything. I feel they’re hiding the truth. They deleted all the reviews because they were negative! Please stay away!!!! I have evidence for all of this.

Avoid parking in the car park. I was ticketed while loading my belongings during a move, and the estate agents weren’t able to help.
