Booking by phone was easy, check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. I paid £39 for a top-floor single room with a shared bathroom, great value when everywhere else was charging silly money because of a concert that night. The room was VERY clean, and the robe and towels were provided. Very comfortable. Thanks.

The owners were very friendly, and it was fine for a quick visit. But the seagulls are everywhere, and I couldn't sleep a wink because of the noise. Maybe the owners could invest in double glazing.
