Holmes Hotel London

Gabor, the manager on duty, and Elena and Dostan took great care of our group all evening. Even with a big group, they stayed calm and professional and the service was fantastic. We came for a family dinner, and the food was just as impressive: the lamb koftas and burrata starters were especially tasty, and the mains had wonderful textures and sauces. We were already full by then, but the cooking felt Michelin standard. Thanks, Chef!

Connor looked after us from the first drinks and canapés through the wedding meal in a private room. He was attentive all day and made sure we were well cared for. My son had booked a reception room at Holmes Hotel for his wedding, and the hotel itself was amazing. Connor’s service helped make a special day even more special. We couldn’t have asked for better.

The team really made this stay for me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, and they went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Shout out to Kontas, Ria,Anna,Solomone,Flelix a gelatos man!!, and the breakfast team member whose name we didn’t get, but who’s always smiling and warmly welcoming everyone. Dinner had a great range of high-quality dishes and was delicious. Breakfast was just as impressive. I had a wonderful stay at Holmes hotel and would gladly return.

The location made getting around easy, with public transport close by, shops on the main street, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, which isn’t common in London, and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Jaroslav at reception welcomed us warmly and even arranged an early check-in after our journey. The staff were consistently helpful whenever anything came up. Breakfast was a pleasant change from the usual buffet, with a good variety and a relaxed feel. The restaurant bar was nicely designed too, and the waitstaff were kind and attentive. I had an outstanding stay at the Holmes Hotel London and highly recommend it for the service, convenience, and quality.
