Alltyfyrddin Farm

The views around the farm are lovely, and the dining room used for breakfast is huge. We had a good stay, and the rooms are nicely done and maintained to a high standard. It’s a working dairy farm, so there was some manure smell as we entered the main building. The family lives in the same building, so keep noise in mind. We had a lively group with children and did disturb them a little.

Sharon was welcoming and really helpful, and my room was spotless. It’s a very quiet spot in the country, but everything else was superb too. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, and it was cooked fresh to order.

Staying on a working farm was a real privilege. Sharon greeted me and was a great host, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I’d happily come back.

I was looking for a farm stay where I could be around animals instead of lots of people, and this guesthouse was just right. It’s such a beautiful place that I can hardly describe it, and it exceeded what I expected. I planned on two nights and ended up staying four. Sharon and her staff are kind, and the place feels homely. The rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. People in carmarthen were really kind too, and there are some excellent restaurants in town. I’ll come back, Sharon. Lots of love to you and the staff xxx P.S. If it’s your first visit, please respect her establishment and the farm. It’s a quiet, beautiful place with beautiful energy.
