The one concern was the bathtub. It was high to climb in and out of, and there were no handrails to help someone older like me. Otherwise, the apartment was beautiful, modern and very clean. We appreciated the welcome pack after a long flight and an hour's drive from Heathrow. We checked in outside business hours and it all went smoothly.

The Tomkins suite is a two bedroom apartment, modern, very clean and in good condition. It has a full kitchen and is well equipped. I'd definitely recommend it.

The interiors are nice and the atmosphere is great, but the service doesn't seem to meet international standards. It's overly non-interactive. When you're paying a high premium, the provider should build a rapport. We stayed for a week and didn't see any staff or get a single follow-up.

Checking in and out was easy, and the location and amenities were lovely. The place is comfortable and well furnished. Only issue was the tub, which is high and dangerous to step out of.
