The room was spotless and modern, with a really comfortable bed and amazing views. Staff were all brilliant, friendly and extremely helpful. Food was very good, with a great menu and plenty of drinks to choose from. I loved the ducks too, and thanks again for such a comfortable stay and a great experience. I've travelled all over the Highlands over the past two years and stayed in plenty of hotels. This is right up there with the best. It's in a stunning, wild and rugged part of Scotland's west coast, with fantastic views all around. The local village and shop are only five minutes away. Can't wait to come back, 100% recommend.

We had a great couple of days at Mingarry Park, our first visit, and we're keen to return. The suite was superb, and the chocolates left for my wife's birthday were a very kind touch. Breakfasts and evening meals were excellent. I'd especially recommend the scallops, venison and triple G&T. The location is lovely, with some great walks nearby.

We came back for a second stay and had another fantastic time. The owners are very friendly, and the views are fantastic. We stayed in the Crofters Suite, which is a great spot for couples, with a private hot tub, sauna and cold plunge.

John is probably the best stalker I've been out with, and Emma is a fantastic host. She even booked meals for us outside the hotel when we couldn't eat in. You can tell the hoteliers and stalkers here go the extra mile because they love what they do. That's certainly true of John & Emma McDonald at “Mingarry Park”. The area may be the most beautiful in Scotland, perhaps even Europe. It feels like stepping into a fairy world, and if you fly to Glasgow and drive up, you get to travel through Glen Coe. Emma has made the hotel immaculate and warm. The rooms are warm in winter, the beds are huge and comfortable, and I can't understand how they keep them so clean.

I stayed in the Roshven room, which was clean and very spacious. The private hot tub on the patio was the best part, and breakfast was included, with plenty of well-prepared, filling choices. It feels like a hidden gem. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.
