This place is morbidly depressing. I can imagine artists coming here to dig into the darkest parts of their minds for inspiration. The styling feels like it was made to break my spirit, and it worked. The building seemed to get stronger as my will to live drained away. Also, there’s no WiFi after 30 minutes. What the hell, it’s 2026, sort it out.

What I’ll remember most is how kind the staff were. We had a peaceful stay at this budget-friendly hotel, and after a long day it was easy to relax in the simple, clean and quiet room.

It’s a very basic hotel. Our room sat right above the air-conditioning units, which hummed away loudly even with the windows closed and made it hard to sleep. There was also a pair of used eyelashes on the floor, so I’m not sure the room had been cleaned very well.

The staff were especially friendly, and the food was delicious. I found the Travelodge a wonderful place, with rooms that were clean and tidy. Yomun, thank you so much for your kindness and patience 😘🤗

I’ve usually had positive experiences with the other team members at this Travelodge, and I’ve been a regular guest who values their professionalism, flexibility and courtesy. But during my recent stay on 2 November 2025, at about 4 a.m., I was forced to leave the hotel and told I’d be banned forever. A couple of my friends have also noticed the behaviour of Mohammad Ali, the Indian security guard. He refused entry to one of my friends, citing the two-person room policy. I understood and respected that. I only asked if my friend could help me collect my belongings for a few minutes, under supervision. Mohammad Ali raised his voice, threatened to remove and ban us, and wouldn’t allow even that brief assistance. He said I had to get out, and I left because of the threat. I was disappointed by how unprofessionally and discourteously this was handled. I’d appreciate management reviewing the incident and reminding staff to communicate respectfully and with customers in mind when enforcing policies. I still value Travelodge for its usual high service standards and hope this helps make staff interactions more consistent. Reference number: 137848889
