The coffee is the best we’ve ever had, and the setting is beautiful. Such lovely, friendly staff too. We’ll come back later in the year when the weather’s better and try the food.

The Watermill is fascinating, and the owners put on some great events. People are very friendly around here. We stayed in Miller's Cottage for a weekend, revisiting childhood and family roots. It’s a lovely, peaceful setting, and the cottage is comfortable, cosy and beautiful. There are some interesting neighbours! Plenty to do nearby, from walking and cycling to visiting the coast, market towns and The Wolds. The wonderful Railway Tavern is a 15-minute walk away.

So glad this lovely place is open again after the winter break. The food is very good, the staff are all friendly, and the lady who looks after the animals does a good job.
