Beechwood Lodge

Gunta made everything easy for us, with lots of good suggestions for places to visit and a real willingness to help. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We ate both breakfast and dinner there, and both were amazing. We had a wonderful stay and hope to make it back soon. 👍

We felt at home from the moment Gunta welcomed us, and she was thoughtful about every detail. The cottage was warm, comfortable, and had all the services we could want. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. It’s a great spot for exploring the Highlands, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

Dinner was a highlight: the steak was cooked just how I wanted, with chips, veg and a brilliant mushroom sauce. Breakfast was great too, with a continental choice or toast, cereal, apple juice, orange juice, tea and coffee if you want a full breakfast. Gunta and the team made us feel completely at home, and I can’t thank them enough for such a good stay. The room had a fridge for our own use, WiFi, towels, tea and coffee, biscuits, tablet, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. The bed was so comfortable you just sank into it.

The area around the guest house is gorgeous, and parking was easy. We had a large bed and a well equipped room with an ensuite washroom. Everything was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty and filling. Gunta and her team were welcoming and friendly, and took care to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We’d gladly come back if we’re in the area.
