The breakfast was delicious, and the location made it easy to get into the city centre. Doreen and Phillip did so much to make us comfortable. When my brother was walking over from the train station, she even went to collect him, then took us around some of the local landmarks. A perfect place to stay.
Doreen and Phillip were great at helping us plan our drive to Edinburgh, even suggesting another route. Breakfast was delicious, and their dog does a brilliant Winston Churchill impression. Lovely place and very welcoming owners, highly recommend it.
Cash is the only payment option, so keep that in mind. The rooms are cosy, breakfast was delicious, and the place is peaceful, while still being a short distance from the town centre. Really lovely stay.
The owners were friendly and the beds were warm, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great too, and if there was anything you didn't fancy, they'd swap it for something you liked. 10/10.
Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, and modern bathrooms. The service was friendly, breakfast was great, and I had no complaints at all.
