We can't wait to return. The house was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could need for self catering. Our hosts were amazing and left plenty of useful information and guidance, along with some thoughtful chocolates. The location is ideal for the castle and the lovely little town, and Alnmouth beach is only a short drive away. Perfect stay.

Fiona was so accommodating, and the house had everything we needed. It felt cosy and homely, with the castle just a minute away on foot and the town centre around a five minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, and the scenery is amazing. We'd recommend it to anyone, thank you!

A lovely old house with plenty of character. We found the woodburning fires easy to use during our winter stay, and the location was handy for walking around Alnwick and exploring the rest of Northumberland.

The wood burning stoves, cosy rooms, and spa bathtub made our stay in this charming house lovely. It's right by the beautiful castle, and getting around town on foot is easy. Thank you!

It's peaceful here, though local pubs are within walking distance. The accommodation is welcoming and beautifully furnished, with excellent facilities. We'd recommend it and hope to return.
