George and Jackie were very friendly and came in to chat with guests each morning at breakfast. Parking was excellent, with a secure space in the gated garden matching our room number. We stayed in ground-floor room 1 at the back, so there was no view, just a wall, though it had lovely flower baskets. The bed was extremely comfortable and very big, maybe a bit too big for the room. The shower room was lovely and large. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the full English was perfect. Everything else was fresh and plentiful, though fresh fruit would have been nicer than tinned. The Craster kippers were delicious too, but I could taste them all day! The place is gorgeous and very close to Alnwick centre, an easy evening walk for food and drinks. One small thing, the shower curtain needs a weight at the bottom. It blows in when the shower's on, letting water out and nearly sticking to you 🤣

The location was great, just five minutes from town, and the staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and very nice, with an amazing walk-in shower. Breakfast was delicious. Well worth a stay.

The location and parking were good, and breakfast was good too. The room was fine, but very cold, with no heating. The woman who runs or owns the place was dreadful and made us feel very uncomfortable. We won't be back.

We had a very enjoyable two-night stay at this five-star B&B. George and Jackie, the owners, were friendly and welcoming, and our bedroom was pleasant and comfortable. There are only five rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and parking is available on site, so we could leave the car there and walk to Alnwick's main shopping street and Castle in about five minutes.
