The hosts were very accommodating, and our room was lovely and clean. It’s a great B&B in a good spot in Ambleside. Breakfast was excellent, and I’d happily recommend it.

Darren and Debbie were wonderful hosts during our three-night stay. The room was immaculate, with a good range of drinks and a fresh bottle of water every day, a nice touch. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the cooked breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, possibly the best. It’s well placed for walks nearby or driving around the area. We’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

Off-road parking is available, and the town centre is close by. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It’s excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Debbie and Darren were welcoming and lovely, and knew the local area well. The guest house is close to Waterhead pier, with the town centre also an easy walk away. Our room was clean, spacious, and had an en-suite plus tea and coffee facilities. There was a good breakfast choice and off-road parking for guests. Hopefully we’ll visit again without any pandemic restrictions. Thank you both.

We had a fantastic breakfast, cooked to order, and the room had a good selection of teas and other drinks. The hosts were very friendly, and the private-bathroom rooms were exceptionally clean. It’s about a five-minute walk from central Ambleside. There’s free parking at the side, though it’s a one-way street, so make sure you turn right when leaving. They use local products too, from the soap in the room to the breakfast ingredients. Big thumbs up, highly recommended.
