The road noise is quite noticeable, even though the location is convenient. Still, there’s plenty to enjoy: rolling meadows on the way to the sunrise point, a comfy bed, lots of outdoor seating with views, and best of all, the sauna. The staff were great and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The pod was cosy and lovely, with a nice view over the field. We checked in at the Inn with friendly, laid-back staff, and had a really nice meal there too. We liked its quirky character, and the sauna was a lovely surprise. We came for a spontaneous one-night visit to Stonehenge and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely one-night stay in a shepherd hut over the bank holiday Sunday, while travelling back from somewhere else. Ours had a London scene painted on the ceiling, and the huts are nicely decorated. They sit in the pub yard next to each other, but we still had enough privacy. We skipped the pub’s buffet breakfast, which I believe was £12.50, but enjoyed dinner there and went to an entertaining tribute night. The friendly, helpful staff were great. It’s handy for Stonehenge, and Woodhenge is just a few minutes down the road. I’d recommend it.

I slept in a tent, so I can’t speak to the rooms. The sleep was surprisingly comfortable and relaxing despite the busy road. The toilet block was clean and the showers were warm. It was lovely, though probably not the most practical place for a business trip.

We stayed overnight by Wood henge. It’s a quiet spot with lovely views, sheep, and informative posts about woodhenge. There’s a huge service station about a 6 minute drive away if you need the toilets or something to eat.
