The play area was a big hit with my 1.5 year old, and the layout worked well for us. There’s a dog-friendly outdoor area and top floor, plus a clean lower floor with a restaurant feel and the playground. We all enjoyed the food. My wife, who is coeliac, had the nachos, and my baby had the GF nuggets meal. I went for the steak ciabatta, possibly the best one I’ve tried. The dogs were welcomed with a treat and water, and we bought some puppy ice cream too. That was fab. Our dogs wouldn’t settle for some reason, and we felt like we were troubling everyone. The staff didn’t seem too bothered and laughed it off. We were still stressed, but their kindness was a huge comfort. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed the visit. We live 3.5 hours away, but we’d definitely come back the next time we’re holidaying in the area.
