We booked at the last minute after a friend recommended it, and the place turned out to be gorgeous, with lovely grounds and spectacular views. Lynne was very friendly, and my room was spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely, with excellent water pressure and cleanliness. They brought an ironing board and hairdryer on request, and the boutique toiletries were gorgeous. Breakfast was so good that I had it twice, with generous portions of fresh, well-cooked food. There was no hassle with anything. I'll be back.

Lynn made my elderly parents feel very welcome and looked after them so well during their stay. When they needed to go into the town centre, she even offered them a lift and dropped them off. She was also very helpful and accommodating when I had to make a small change to their booking for our family gathering because of another family situation. The house and rooms are beautiful, with lots of attention to detail. My parents loved the sea view from their room and the lovely welcome pack. I'm so grateful to Lynn for giving them such a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

The beach walks around Carnoustie were right on the doorstep, and the glamping stay at the old Manor was such a lovely experience for the three of us. We had a bell tent with beautiful beds, fresh towels, everything we needed, and a wood-burning stove for when the weather turned bad. The site had all the facilities we could want, including a shower, fully equipped kitchen, and toilet. It felt like hotel luxury, only nicer. Lynn had even left us extra treats when we arrived, such a thoughtful touch. A real gem in Carnoustie, we'll definitely be back.

The inn was beautiful and my room was just right. Lynn was so helpful, she drove us to the place where we could charge our electric car. She pays close attention to all the details, and if you're looking for a perfect inn, this is it. We plan to come back!

Such a lovely guest house, with a genuinely warm welcome, beautiful room, and a five-star breakfast. The vegan food is excellent and available without supplement, and the meat eaters were just as happy. I'd highly recommend it.
