Lisa and her partner made us feel so welcome at Chestnut Tree Cottage. I slept wonderfully in a really comfortable bed. We had a lovely stay and would certainly come back if we're in the area. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage to everyone!

The Bluebell room where we're staying is beautiful, clean and well presented, with a romantic, cosy feel. We were welcomed with delicious homemade chocolate brownies and a bottle of lovely ice-cold water. My partner and I are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality and service. Couldn't be happier.

Ardingly has a lot of character, and we loved the village. There are a few pubs serving food within walking distance, and we felt very safe in the area. We didn't get out for a walk, but it seems like a great base for country walks. We stayed one night at Chestnut Tree Cottage a couple of weeks ago. Lis and her family were so welcoming and made us feel at home and relaxed. We didn't want to leave and will look to stay there again. Many thanks, Steve and Becca

Lis was really friendly and accommodating during our lovely one-night stay in the roof room. The room was comfy and clean, and there's convenient parking nearby. She also left us a lovely treat of brownies and sweets.

The rooms are lovely, warm and cosy, and very clean and tidy. The tea-making facilities are lovely, and there were freshly made chocolate brownies. The hosts are absolutely lovely, and so are the dogs. Shame Google only gives five stars, this is definitely worth nine.
