The garden gets lovely sun and the place is quiet and peaceful. There were lots of thoughtful details, from cooling mats to keep things like orange juice cool to proper napkins, which you don’t often see, and top-quality bed linen. The rooms are huge, breakfast is cracking, and the lady running the place is lovely. I’d 100% return 😀

Alison made us feel so welcome, and I loved the spacious, comfortable room with its great power shower. The full breakfast was delicious too. It’s a beautiful home in an incredible location, just a 20-minute walk from Arundel. I feel lucky to have found it and would love to come back. Thank you!

We loved sitting outside in the backyard at night, and the main town of Arundel is very close. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was great every morning.

Alison is a lovely host and makes a great traditional breakfast. We stayed for a couple of nights at the end of the Easter holidays in 2016. Our room was large, had excellent facilities, and looked out over rural views. It’s just a five-minute drive from central Arundel, yet feels like being in the countryside. Highly recommend.

Alison and her family made us feel extremely welcome. The establishment is friendly and comfortable, and the superb breakfast set us up nicely each day. We highly recommend staying here!
