Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The staff were so warm and welcoming, the food was lovely, and our room (along with the rest of the hotel), was really comfortable and pleasant. My 95 year old mum says it was a real "home from home". We had come to attend a family event and were able to enjoy revisiting the beautiful countryside just around the hotel and in the wider area. It was all so good that we stayed an extra night, and we hope to visit again soon. Thanks to Alison, Paul and all the staff.

Nice staff, however the carvery was average, and I would not recommend if you have an allergy. The meat on the carvery was good, however the veg was average and there wasn't a utensil per dish. I had an allergy to 2 of the dishes (which was on the table reservation) and had no idea what tongs/spoons had been used on by other customers. Lots of vegetables were also dropped in other vegetable trays (which I understand is sometimes unavoidable).

We had our wedding here in May 2026 and all I can say is WOW! The most magical day from start to finish. I know everyone says that on their wedding day but Alison and the team at Bentley Brook go above and beyond! The Honeymoon suite was stunning and all our guests commented on how nice their rooms were. We had a BBQ for our wedding meal and it was out of this world! The view, location everything was just fantastic and I can’t thank them enough! You really turned our dream day into a reality and it was perfect! If I could change one thing it would be to slow down and take it all in. Thank you
