Hampton by Hilton Ashford International

Breakfast was my favourite part of staying at Hampton by hilton. It was included in the stay, and the food was great: well-seasoned sausages, properly cooked scrambled eggs, and golden hashbrowns. Alice, Chef Albert, and the other breakfast staff were welcoming and quick to clear tables or help with questions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. The hotel is well placed for a first visit to ashford, close to the station for a quick trip to london and to ashford designer outlet for good deals. My Christmas-period stay was incredible.

Chef Albert's delicious food really stood out during our stay at Hampton by Hilton Hotel at Ashford. Alice and Faizah were also polite, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A comfortable stay with good service.

The rooms themselves were very nice, and the housekeeping team did a top-notch job. Breakfast had a wide choice, and the staff there were pleasant and helpful. Check-out was pleasant too. The night manager Bertrand Sourdat was very helpful, though arriving after midnight for check-in felt casual and not especially hospitable. We stayed two nights in rooms 312 and 310. The large TV would have been nice if it worked. I might stay again if needed.

We made a last-minute reservation while on the Tunnel from France, and the team were friendly. I asked for a high floor and got the 5th floor, facing the brewery and station, with a cool cityscape view. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Once you figure it out, the room's individually controlled aircon works really well. Breakfast was included in our rate, plentiful and nicely laid out, but the cooked items and coffee weren't great quality. Parking cost 12,50, which felt annoying since I expected secured or underground parking for that price. I'd stay again on a FR to UK trip, and Ashford Outlet is an easy walk away.
