High Range

We spent Christmas in one of the motel rooms and would definitely stay again. It was a big room with a sofa and fridge, plus a massive, comfortable bed. It didn't get too hot, which often happens. Staff were lovely and available throughout Christmas. The ten minute walk to town kept the evenings quiet. There's ample parking, and they also have a camping area and cabins for larger groups, so it covers all bases.

There are several kinds of accommodation here, from regular rooms and cosy cabins to larger family setups. My room was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, a good place to relax after exploring. The site is peaceful and quiet, while still being close to downtown and the restaurants. Onsite parking and EV charging were handy too. Cairngorm Mountain is about a 25 minute drive away. I also really enjoyed the nearby reindeer experience at the Cairngorm Herd, a unique and memorable part of the trip. This high range hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd gladly return.

The apartment was spotless, well kept and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Everything felt welcoming and seamless from the moment I arrived. At Christmas, the team put a tree in every room, a lovely personal touch that made the atmosphere feel cosy and festive. The comfort, care and overall feel made my stay at High Range Apartment exceptional and better than I expected. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, well managed place, especially over the festive season.

The room was clean and practical, and the place was quiet despite being set back from the main road. My son arranged it as a surprise getaway, which made it perfect. The young guy at reception was friendly, helpful and full of information. I’d recommend staying here. The plumbing was a little noisy, though.
