We found the studio clean and equipped with everything we needed for our last-minute one-night stay with our two whippets. The host was friendly, and the very small garden was just right for the doggies. The shower had little pressure, though that didn't bother me as I like a cold shower. With only a couple of small windows, I imagine it would feel cosy in winter and a bit stuffy in warm weather. The studio sits pretty much in front of the house, so leaving the door open felt exposed. It would've been nice to sit outside, but the garden furniture was unusable because it was filthy. A declutter and a couple of nice lights inside would push it to 4 stars for sure.

The fireplace was the highlight of my trip, it put an instant smile on my tired face. John made things wonderful right from booking, sharing the most valuable information and being such an attentive host. My room had everything I needed, including milk in the fridge for tea or coffee. I loved the unique little reception area with its Coca Cola theme, and the snug room was beautifully decorated, a lovely spot to relax. I adore and admire these quaint, secluded cottages, with their peaceful feel, warmth and best views. I'll look forward to coming back to this gem.

Already planning visit number three after our second stay at Netherleigh. We were so glad to find this little haven. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, the kind of people you'd actually want to sit and have a cuppa with. Beautiful place in a beautiful area, and the beds are sooooo comfy. Highly recommend it.

The snug had everything my daughter and I needed, and we enjoyed the biscuits and milk left for us. The host responded quickly whenever I had a question. It's a great spot for getting into Lyme Regis and the surrounding villages. We had a perfect stay and would recommend it. Thanks.

My partner booked us a room, then on arrival day we were told we'd been upgraded for free to their studio sweet. It was exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming, with lots of space, a large shower room and a well-equipped kitchenette. There was also a big selection of DvDs to watch. Breakfast was generous and very fresh, using local ingredients. We booked directly with them for the best price. Definitely recommend them, and we'd happily stay again.
