Best Western Plus London Croydon Aparthotel

I stayed for a week or more and slept well. The rooms were quiet and perfectly acceptable, with working A/C. I especially liked having two hobs, a microwave/grill and a fridge. Cleaning was by request, using the sign on the door handle. Secure underground parking costs extra, and breakfast came in a takeaway bag with cereal, milk, yogurt, maybe fruit, a juice carton and a piece of cheese. They had Covid systems in place.

The bed was pretty good, and we're fussy about mattresses. My room was a comfortable night's sleep, with air conditioning, a fridge, large TV and microwave, plus a small kitchen unit. The staff were efficient and friendly. There's underground parking in the basement and strong free WiFi. Breakfast had a reasonable self-service selection as well as a cooked breakfast served to you. I'd give it four and a half stars if I could. Well done.

The new build still had a few teething problems, but they didn't spoil a restful stay. This newly opened hotel aims to offer more than just a bed for the night. Staff were very polite and helpful, and the facilities are excellent. The modern bedrooms have a great shower, plenty of towels and the other little things a business traveller appreciates. I highly recommend it.

The room was a decent size for a family, very clean, with a single bed and a queen-size bed. It also had a fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast could be upgraded for £2 to a full English. I'd stay again, but one front desk staff member stopped me giving five stars. We asked a reasonable question about something we'd seen involving a guest that made us wonder about our safety, and she was sharp and rude. It felt very unprofessional. The rest of the staff were super professional.
