We spent three nights in June 24 with 20 hens, and Warren house took care of us brilliantly. The place is amazing, with lots of space, clean rooms, lovely gardens and walks. Tesco is a handy five-minute drive away. The pool was a real bonus, and the hot tubs got plenty of use. There were a few plumbing problems, but the maintenance guy came out quickly and sorted them. We'll definitely look to book again.
Warren house worked brilliantly for our family group, ranging in age from 12 to 80. The facilities are wonderful, and there's lots to do without leaving the grounds. The glass staircase felt a bit scary and architecturally odd, but the kitchen was very well stocked, the bedrooms and showers were lovely, and the tennis court was well used. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and games room, and ate together in the lovely dining room. Having caterers for one evening worked really well. We didn't use the pool because our 9-10 slot was too early, which was a shame. We wished the hot tubs were a bit warmer. It was a fabulous weekend for celebrating two 80th birthdays and a 30th.
We celebrated my 60th birthday with a weekend at Warren House, and what a fabulous place it is. We all enjoyed the swimming pool, tennis courts and hot tubs, which were lovely and hot. The kitchen had every utensil you could need, and the games room was a big hit with our group. Claire, Sadie and Caroline were so helpful from our first enquiry through to checkout. We'll definitely book with them again and are already looking forward to another stay. 😊
Our family spent a week at Warren House and loved every minute. The pool got used every day, as did the hot tubs, and the games room saw plenty of action too. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were really comfy, and the stair gates came in handy with toddlers about. We made use of the tennis court, and the garden had plenty in it. The house is well placed for Norfolk attractions, all about 25 minutes away. We visited Mundsley Beach, Sheringham, Cromer and BeWILDerwood. We would have liked to stay longer and would definitely recommend it.
There’s plenty of space around the pool and in the changing room, and the glass roof and sides make the place feel bright. The pool’s a good size, with a nice deep end. Booking online was easy, and it doesn’t feel like you’re in someone’s house. I nearly skipped it because of the earlier bad review, but I’m glad we tried it. We’ll be back.
