The cost felt very reasonable for the quality, and it’s centrally located within walking distance of the beach and town centre. A supermarket is only a short drive away. The owners were lovely and welcoming, and let us keep a late key for the door because my partner was working late into the night in Ayr during our stay. Breakfasts were amazing, especially the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. There honestly wasn’t a bad word to say about the place. I’d definitely recommend it and will come back if I’m in Ayr again.

The delicious breakfasts and super-comfy beds are always something we look forward to. We have a wonderful stay every time, and Hazel and Charlie are the best hosts we could wish for. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was large, warm and very well appointed, with a queen-size bed. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The host was warm, friendly, chatty and helpful. It’s a lovely guest house, and I’ll return. I’d happily recommend it as a B&B.
