We had a great stay in room 4 of the lodge. It was very clean, had a kitchenette with coffee and a lovely view in the morning. We had parking on site, and it was good value compared with other places I’ve stayed in Bakewell. It is up a hill, so pedestrians should bear that in mind. I’d definitely recommend it.

A lovely room and a really nice building, all clean and ready for our night away. We got a very friendly welcome, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk into the village. The book of recommendations for places to eat and visit was really helpful. We’ll definitely come back when we’re next in Bakewell. Charlie and Hannah fields.

Georgina made us feel welcome and well looked after during our lovely weekend at Bagshaw Hall. We were upgraded to a delightful room that was spacious and peaceful. The building and views were great, and Bakewell is an easy walk away. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Bagshaw Hall in Bakewell, and the accommodation was a great fit for our trip with our little one. It was easy to find when we arrived. After long days exploring the Peak District, the very comfortable room and especially comfy bed made for a good night’s sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed starting the day with a very nice breakfast. Bakewell itself was a treat to explore too. We had a great time and would happily recommend Bagshaw Hall as a comfortable, friendly, well-located place to stay. We’ll definitely return.

Bagshaw was quiet and peaceful, with lots of history, and Georgina made the whole stay pleasant from check-in through to check-out. I couldn’t find a single negative thing to say. We stayed in the Chatsworth Suite penthouse, which was lovely, spotless, and spacious. Breakfast arrived at 9am and was a nice classic English breakfast. We’ll be back in the summer. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay xxx.
