The room door wouldn’t lock properly, so we felt we had to wedge a chair against it at night. We also felt unsafe in the area, even though it was quiet. We found screwdrivers and coat hangers in the car park, and when we woke after the night, one car appeared to have been broken into. Inside, the bathroom was unclean and its door wouldn’t shut, so with the children we had to prop something against it to use the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, and none of us, adults or children, slept well. We stayed in November and wouldn’t come back.
