Hyatt House London Stratford

The service and welcome made a big difference to my trip. From the people who showed me the lift at check-in to those who helped me find a dog bowl for a friend visiting reception with his dog, everyone was fantastic. Thanks especially to Dharmik, Diya, Kanya, Inna, their manager whose name I didn't catch, and Sal at reception. My company arranged this hotel, so I had no reason to leave a positive or negative review, but I was so grateful for the hospitality that I wanted to say something. I don't often write reviews, but I'd 100% recommend it. My room on the 10th floor was spotless and had everything I could want. The shower was great, the bed very comfortable, and the in-house dining menu reasonably priced. Colleagues who'd been there longer felt the same way about the service. A real unexpected pleasure!

The room was spotless, as you'd expect from Hyatt, and the kitchenette had everything needed. Breakfast was excellent too, with fewer choices but good quality. The hotel is very convenient, with a whole shopping mall underneath, and the team handled guest requests quickly and thoughtfully. A big thank you to Monica from Guest Relations. She was very helpful and did her best to make my anniversary stay better than I expected. She's a real asset to the hotel. I'm already planning another visit!

The location worked perfectly for ABBA Voyage. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and had everything I could think of. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out. We were sorry to leave and will make a point of staying here again. Very impressed!

All the rooms we saw were comfortable and nicely decorated, with a good range of sizes to choose from. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and being right inside Westfield shopping centre is a great location. We love staying at Hyatt Stratford and can't fault the hotel.
