The Newnham White House

Cindy & Richard made us feel very welcome during our two nights at their B&B for a family wedding. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable, and it came with tea, coffee, fresh milk in the fridge, fresh fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was amazing, with fruit, yoghurt, a range of cereals, tea, coffee, fresh juices and a delicious cooked option. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area, and highly recommend it. We had a very comfortable room, with lovely bedding and towels, and really enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. Cindy and her husband gave us a warm welcome, and the breakfast was awesome. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Cindy was such a lovely hostess, and the house itself is beautiful. Our room with its own bathroom was perfect, and the bed was so comfortable. There was a fresh bowl of fruit, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was cooked just right and there was plenty, enough to set us up for the day. All of it came at a perfect price. Nothing to fault. Thanks for a lovely stay. We were only there one night, but I’d have loved to stay longer.

I only stayed one night, and it was an absolute treat. The house is gorgeous, with beautifully furnished rooms, soft towels and bed linen, and wonderfully comfortable beds. There were lots of thoughtful extras, including a bowl of fruit in the room and dressing gowns. On arrival we were welcomed with tea, malt loaf and toasted tea cake, all beautifully presented. The hostess was perfect, and breakfast was fabulous, with fresh fruit, a great cooked breakfast and a lovely selection of toast and bread. This is probably the loveliest B&B I’ve stayed in. I’ve already recommended it and hope to return.
