Ballymacdoe Cottage Cushendall

The little raised patio by the French doors is gorgeous, whether you're eating outside or just taking in those amazing sea views with a glass of wine. The cottage has everything our family needed, including a BBQ, WiFi and a full TV package, and felt like a home from home. It was comfortable in every way. You get the views and a very short walk to the centre of Cushendall. If you haven't been, it's a lovely village with walks along the river and cliff edge. We stayed four nights and could have explored much more. There's plenty nearby too, just a short drive away, including all the coasts and glens. We'll be back!

The bungalow was lovely, and the scenery was beautiful. It was so peaceful, and I loved seeing the little robin visit the bird table every day. My grandchildren enjoyed every minute too. We had a fantastic few days, and I'd highly recommend it. A little piece of heaven. We'll be back very soon.

This cottage felt like a home away from home, and owner Gerry couldn't have been more helpful. There were plenty of fresh towels and clean bed linen, and Joe's bar, known for traditional music and craic, is just a short stroll down the road. We explored the glens, then put our feet up by the fire and enjoyed the lovely coast views in the peaceful surroundings. The cottage is in the heart of Cushendall and has stunning coastal views.

There are three large bedrooms, with comfortable space for six or more people. The cottage has all the modern conveniences and is excellently fitted out, in a lovely location with a sea view.
