We stayed overnight after attending our niece's wedding reception this week. The views from the venue were stunning, the room was warm, quiet and clean, and breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The reception meal was cooked to perfection. Every staff member was polite and helpful, nothing was any bother. The hospitality in the Glenn's was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Kilmore House is well worth a visit. Tucked into Glenariffe Glen, near Waterfoot, the scenery is some of the finest in Ireland, though that's a big claim, so see for yourselves. The food was among the best I've had in a long time, cooked perfectly with lovely flavours and quality ingredients. At £36.95, it was great value too. The team were amazing, from Hugh welcoming us to Ken serving drinks and Maria taking orders and picking Oliver's brains about the food. Service and food both get 100% from me. Keep an eye on Facebook for future special events.

We got married at The Kilmore last year, and it was amazing. Oliver and Hugh provided outstanding service and kept everything running smoothly. The setting in the heart of the glens is wonderful, and being able to bring our golden retrievers made the day even more special. I'd highly recommend it for a wedding.

The venue is beautiful, from the tastefully decorated house and marquee to the versatile ceremony and reception spaces. We loved how everything looked for our wedding. The well-kept gardens and views are what first drew us to Kilmore Country House, and they really speak for themselves. We got married here in June 2025, and were looked after from our very first visit. Tina talked us through the details, gave useful advice, answered all our questions and got the initial quote back promptly. Oliver then guided us through planning, helped us choose food and drinks, and knew the answer to every question. On the day, he stayed calmly in control and made sure we and our guests were well looked after. It rained all day, including during drinks and dinner, and Hugh carried umbrellas for guests going between the house and marquee. Oliver and the team set up the outdoor games on the marquee dance floor, which the kids especially enjoyed. Hugh was kind and smiling from our first visit through to the morning after, remembered guests by name and made everyone, young and old, feel cared for. Martin and the front of house team, the chef and kitchen staff all did a great job, and the food was delicious. The night manager also arranged our things in the marquee so they were easy to collect in the morning. It's 5 stars from start to finish. We can't wait to visit again, and 100% recommend getting married at Kilmore Country House.

The views were what drew us to Kilmore Country House, and it was the first and only venue we visited. We got married there last week, and our guests loved the setting, the food, and how welcoming the staff were. The rooms were comfy too. Oliver made planning much less stressful. He was always available for questions and helped with the setup, and we’re so grateful for his experience and support. Hugh deserves a special mention for making us and our guests feel relaxed and looked after. Lots of people have since told us how great he was. The whole team helped make the day unforgettable. Thank you all so much!
