The homemade breakfast was fabulous, and the lovely conversation and occasional visits from the puppies made the morning feel special. My bridal party and I stayed the night before my wedding and got ready there the next morning. Nikki and Neil were so kind, checking we had what we needed and helping us feel looked after. Everything went smoothly, and it honestly felt like staying with friends, which made the lead-up to my wedding even more special. I'd recommend staying here a million times over.

The lounge with its log fire was just right after a cold day, and breakfast was fantastic fuel for a long day ahead. I stayed one midweek night in December for a business trip. The room was superb, with a very comfortable bed, and Nikki and Neil were welcoming and helped me arrange an evening meal. I'll definitely stay again when I'm back in the area. Highly recommend. We'd definitely return to the Sunbeam on our next trip to the Emerald Isle. Nicole and Neil were so friendly and welcoming, treating us like family. Our room was very nice and had everything we needed for the two nights. I can't imagine finding this kind of experience at a hotel without paying an arm and a leg, maybe even giving up a child. It's a great base for Northern Ireland, close to Old Bushmills distillery and the must-see Giants Causeway, with shopping in nearby Belfast and Ballymena too. Highly recommend this B&B.

The B&B was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Nikki and Neil were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially when I had car trouble. They went above and beyond to help. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Nikki and Neil made us feel very welcome and were such friendly hosts. The guest house has lovely character, and our room was tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb, as good as any hotel and the best we've had so far. We'd have no hesitation about returning. Thank you.
