We stayed here as a family for my daughter's offer holder day at the University of Exeter, and it worked perfectly for everything. It felt like home, was clean, and had all the facilities we needed: two good-sized bedrooms, a living room, a lovely kitchen and a back garden. Shops, pubs and coffee shops are all within walking distance, and a car park is provided nearby. Staff responded promptly. We'll definitely be back!

This was a great base for exploring, with a lovely warm house, comfortable beds and great showers. It was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Town and The Quay are about a 15-minute walk away, with easy parking. Closer by, a five-minute walk gets you to a cafe, bakery, butchers, restaurant and pub. We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend it.

We loved how the property looked inside and were able to use the whole house. It was very clean, with a small courtyard garden outside. The location was fantastic for Exeter centre, and there was free parking across the road using the supplied permit. A pub, coffee shops and convenience store are all an easy walk away. I also appreciated the breadmaker and the supplied ingredients, which let me bake a loaf for breakfast.

It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of room and a parking space. The place was clean and tidy, close to the city centre and Quay, and easy to get to places outside Exeter as well. The owners provided lots of information about things to do, so we had plenty of options. Would highly recommend!
