Booking this was extremely disappointing. I assumed the hot tub was included because there was no option to add a supplement. I was then told I’d have to pay £250 to use it. When I tried to cancel because that was beyond our budget, I was told there’d be no refund since we were within six weeks of the booking. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the booking process. We had to go ahead with a disappointing break or lose our money.

The lodges are lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Just be aware if you're bringing a dog, there's no enclosed area, so they could get out easily.

The lodge was presented really well, with five-star amenities, and the location was fantastic.
