The pictures didn't do this brilliant holiday home justice, and it was well beyond what we expected. The owners were lovely, checking in on our first proper night and again near the end of the stay. Even in the rain, your country is beautiful. We wish we could move here one day ❤️

Everything was ready for us, from the spotless house and comfy beds to the well-equipped kitchen and welcome gift. It was a handy base for exploring Betws y Coed, Llanrwst, Conway and the zip wire. We enjoyed it so much that we've stayed before and have booked again for December. Definitely recommend.

We'd love the chance to come back later in the year. The rear garden has a patio, table and six chairs, a pergola, and plenty of sun through the day. It feels fairly private and isn't overlooked by neighbouring properties. Inside, the beds and linens are cosy, and there's plenty of crockery, pans and utensils, plus tea, coffee and sugar. The microwave, oven and induction hob all worked, the heating and hot water were excellent, and there's also a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, though we didn't use them. WiFi reached the garden too. The owner was lovely and left thoughtful gifts, red wine and chocolate cake, which we really appreciated. The place was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. A5 and the A55 North Wales Expressway are only a few miles north, with immediate access. We couldn't fault the stay.

We've stayed in plenty of holiday cottages in the UK and overseas with family, and this is easily among the very best. Simply outstanding, and highly recommended.
