The cabin was lovely inside and out, with fairy lights making the garden feel romantic at night. It was cosy, clean and warm despite a mix-up about our dates, when the host forgot we were coming. The one-bed cabin was still in perfect condition. It had an oven, utensils, a fantastic shower and a nice fridge, though no freezer. We’d stay again, but the bed needs attention. The mattress was nice, but the wooden slats and very creaky frame sounded as if they might snap, so we had to lie perfectly still. I’d suggest replacing it with a divan base. If we came back before that, I’d put the mattress on the living room floor instead.

Juliette was amazing, and everything about our stay in the one-bedroom cabin was spot on. The facilities were excellent, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the heating kept the place warm. We cooked bacon sandwiches in the kitchen each morning, slept in a super-comfortable bed, and had a great bathroom with a shower that had excellent pressure. We can’t fault it and will recommend it and come back.

We fell in love with this place and will definitely be back. The grounds are beautifully kept, the views are lovely, and the two-bedroom cabin was gorgeous, cosy and spotlessly clean. We didn’t want to leave. We stayed for a long weekend for my fiancée’s 30th birthday. The host was brilliant, with great communication, and even left balloons, banners and a bottle of bubbly in the cabin. There’s loads to do nearby. We went to Zip World, visited castles, restaurants and the slate museum. An amazing experience, highly recommended.

Our little shepherd’s hut had far more in it than I expected, with a shower, toilet and even a small kitchenette all neatly fitted in. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. My boyfriend and I stayed for a few days, and the spot worked well for all our plans. Snowdon and Zip World in Penrhyn Quarry were both an easy distance away. We’d choose it first next time and bring friends along.

A lovely cottage that felt like home, in a brilliant spot with lots of great places to visit a short distance away. A traveller’s dream. The hosts were accommodating and went out of their way to help. We came with our 14mos old son and couldn’t have been more comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. We’d happily stay again.
