The meals were a real highlight, especially the evening meal, and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. Everyone on staff was lovely and clearly working hard, and the pool stayed clean and tidy even with how busy it was. The location in Grantham suited what we needed perfectly. Our deluxe room felt pretty basic, though, and a bit tired in places.

I really enjoyed my time there. The hotel was beautifully designed, and the relaxed atmosphere made it a lovely place to have a meal. Everything we ate was delicious and full of flavor.

The spa facilities were a lovely extra, with the pool, sauna and steam rooms helping me make the most of the stay. We had an overnight break in a lovely room with a big bath, which meant my mum, who has arthritis, could enjoy it too. I had my first ever massage yesterday, and Beth explained everything in great detail before giving me an incredible deep tissue treatment. I've never felt my muscles so relaxed. Before we left today, ayeisha gave me a relaxing facial and was such a lovely young lady. We chatted the whole time, and I've never felt more relaxed. She was kind and gave me some lovely advice about products for my skin. I’ve just got back from this amazing short break and can’t wait to come back for more treatments soon.

The room furnishings were a little tired and could use a refresh, but I had a lovely birthday night away with access to the spa. The sauna and steam room were great, and the pool was lovely and warm. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was fantastic, with friendly service from Emma and a lovely atmosphere. I’d recommend a visit.

We both had a lovely time at the spa. The facilities were wonderful, and the staff were kind and attentive. The pool was busy, but there was plenty of room for everyone. My partner and I will book again.
