We were there for a week in July and found it a really restful place to stay. The owners were friendly and knew the area well. Little Acorn was handy for visiting Appledore, Westward Ho and a couple of National Trust gardens, all within about 30 minutes. It had everything we needed, and we'd happily recommend it and hope to return.

The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. We especially liked the big veranda and its view across fields full of sheep. It's close to Barnstaple; the lane on the way in gets a bit narrow in places, though it was mostly fine.
