We came for Sunday roast without realising they don’t usually accept walk-ins, but thankfully they managed to fit us in. The food was tasty, the portions were generous for the price, and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were really friendly.
A pretty standard town pub, with a beer garden that also serves as an outdoor smoking area. It was fairly clean and the staff were friendly. I just wish there were more ciders to choose from instead of the usual standard ones.

We went with family for Sunday roast. The food was wholesome, a proper roast with plenty of veg and potatoes, and really good value. The place has been nicely done up and is run by locals. Recommended, keep it up.
The staff are absolutely lovely. The roast dinners are 10/10, especially as takeaways, and you definitely get your money’s worth. Highly recommend.
