The staff made the stay especially enjoyable. They were professional, genuinely friendly, and couldn't have been more helpful. My fiancée and I spent four nights here this month, and we'd choose this hotel again if we're back in the area. The room was extremely clean, with modern furnishings, a lovely bathroom, a waterfall tap at the sink and a very good shower. The large-screen TV was a bonus too. Can't rate it highly enough. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

The staff went out of their way to make things easier for me and my two-year-old daughter during our four-night stay at Escape Hotel with my parents. We had two rooms. Before we arrived, a staff member called my mum to offer us the room next door to my parents, as it had just become available. They also gave us the biggest room so my daughter had space to run around. One day they noticed the milk carton I'd left in the sink for her cereal and called my mum to ask if we'd like a cooler box. They put the milk and some other things I'd left out in it, free of charge. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and we didn't hear other guests at all. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice, the TV was good, and they replenished the tea and coffee daily. Can't recommend the place enough!

The receptionist was warm and accommodating. She asked where I'd parked and suggested I move my car into their free car park. My room and bathroom were fresh, spotless and free of any odd smells. I also liked seeing the environmental messages on the signage in the attached photo, along with the LED lighting and high-spec heaters, though heaters weren't needed at this time of year. The hotel seems to be on a busy road, but from the top floor I could barely hear the traffic. It looks as though the windows were replaced sometime in the past 5-7 years.

We had a very nice two-night stay. The town-centre location is great, the rooms were immaculate and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. All the staff were lovely and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it.
