I slept okay, and the rooms were okay too. I was here for a week for work, and on the second day there was a problem with the kitchen that took nearly a week to fix. My company got a refund for the meal package, but nobody offered an alternative. Poor service. I’d like to know what kitchen issue takes almost a week to sort out.

The room was spotless and the service was amazing and friendly throughout. Staff were happy to help with anything. I’d recommend staying here if you need a place in the area, and it’s close to all amenities.

The restaurant was the worst part of our stay. It was always understaffed, with one person rushing around trying to serve everyone. Some guests got tired of waiting to be seated for breakfast and sat down themselves, only to find that lots of breakfast options had run out, along with milk and even cups for hot drinks. The tables were filthy, so we had to get the cleaning liquid and sort out our own table, then fetch our own cutlery. At the hotel itself, we had to ask for basic things like towels and toilet paper. We had a really bad experience and won’t stay there again.

LISA was very helpful when I checked in later than I would have liked. I stayed here for work at the industrial park, which is very close. The hotel was nice, but I wish it were better located for restaurant choices, since I couldn’t drive myself on this trip.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The Beefeater next door was convenient and reasonably priced. Taylor, the hotel manager, was very polite and helpful during my stay.
