Julie was such a welcoming host, and our en suite room was beautiful. Having a parking space was an added bonus. It’s centrally located, just a five-minute walk into Bath. Following Julie’s suggestion, we also had breakfast on the local high street in Widcombe, which made for a lovely little walk. We’ll be back, Julie! 😊

The room was much bigger than I expected, and it’s very close to the town centre. The owner was extremely friendly and had a very cute dog 😀 We skipped breakfast, though we saw people outside with coffee and what looked like pastries. I really can’t fault the place and would highly recommend it.

Julie helped me get to know the area, offered suggestions and made sure I was comfortable. I was surprised by how close the guest house was to the town centre, and I could also walk to and from the train station. The room was clean and charming, and both the location and service were fantastic. I had an amazing time at Avon guest house. I’d stay again if I’m in the area and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

Julie was an accommodating, welcoming host, especially after we had a troublesome journey. The room was lovely and we slept well. From there, it’s a quick ten minutes to the Roman Baths and city centre. We had a wonderful stay in Bath and would absolutely recommend Julie and her wonderful Avon Guesthouse. 5/5!
