We came from Las Vegas, USA, and liked the reception so much that we booked with them twice. Mr. Andrew and Ms. Tina were always quick to respond, courteous and professional. The apartment was cosy, clean and well organised, with all the amenities we needed. It’s near the city’s pubs and bars, so it felt safe and convenient to walk out for an evening. The shower and house heater were both excellent and helped make the stay enjoyable. Ana Paula and Allana Galdino

We didn’t really receive any service, so I’m not sure how to rate that part. The rooms were great for our family of four, and the place is perfectly situated close to the centre of Bath.

We stayed there twice and had an exceptional experience both times. The apartment was very clean, tidy and really well placed near the city’s attractions. Mr. Andrew was always ready to answer our messages and clear up our questions.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming, with a superb location. The service was outstanding too. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back.
