We were able to walk to all the tourist attractions, which was a real plus. Brindleys is a small, family-owned B&B with antique decor, just the sort of place you’ll like if that’s your thing. Tina was lovely and made us feel very welcome during our three-night summer stay. The room was spotless, the duvet super comfy, and the breakfast excellent. The water pressure was fantastic too. As a german, I hate trying to shower when only a dribble comes out of the tap.

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with plenty of choice, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Bath centre is about a 10-minute walk away. You can park on the road outside, but there’s a fee.

It’s about 15 minutes from both the train station and the town centre, and the B&B made us feel so welcome. Adrian checked us in and was amazing, and the staff were all friendly and informative. Our room was clean, the bathroom a good size, and the shower excellent. There was ample wardrobe space and a really powerful hairdryer. The courtesy tray had four kinds of tea. The feather duvet and pillows were especially cuddly and warm. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bath. We were very well looked after at this little gem of a hotel and guest house. The rooms are lovely, the facilities excellent, and the food was good. It had everything we needed.

The room was well appointed, everywhere was sparkling clean, and the hosts were welcoming. Breakfast was stunning, with very personal service. It was perfect for an overnight stay, close to the city centre for food and activities. One thing to be aware of: the duvet and pillows were eiderdown. We would have asked for nonallergenic bedding if we’d known. It was fine for us for one night, but might be difficult for a guest with high sensitivity.
