The room and bathroom are tired, though fine and clean, and the shower is poor. Nothing stands out from a standard B&B. Parking costs extra, and while the TV is plugged in, it has no signal. There was no wifi. Breakfast was poor too: no quality breads, no fruit except grapes, and only orange jam. There was chocolate spread, honey, vegan milk, margarine, dried fruits and yogurt etc. The hosts are lovely, but for a stay costing over 200 GBP a night, the "continental option" or "cooked option" and the services should be better.

My sister and I stayed over in Bath while competing in the 50km Cotswold challenge. Pete and Margarite were lovely hosts, and our room was clean and pleasant, with tea and coffee making facilities. We had an ensuite shower room with a toilet and handwashing basin. We paid a small amount for secure parking behind the Villa gates at the back of the property. Breakfast included cereals, juice, fruit and yogurt, plus scrambled eggs and toast, which were lovely. A good place to stay.

The hosts were a really sweet couple, and the city centre was close by. Just so you know, there's no Wi-Fi. I was hoping to switch off during my trip to Bath, so that suited me, though it might matter to other guests.

I was there for one night. The room was spacious, with a double bed, a single bed and an in-room shower. Good location, breakfast and parking included. It cost 150 GBP.

Handy for central Bath, with car parking too. The room was clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the service was excellent.
