The location was great, and the hotel was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We slept better than we have in ages, and breakfast each morning was delicious and set us up for the day. The room was beautiful, spacious and finished to a high standard. We loved the complimentary pantry, especially getting ice cream and enjoying it in our big cosy bed. We also booked the copper bath experience with Freya and Rosie. They listened to what we needed, and we both fell asleep during the massage. That's always a good sign. We were celebrating my fiancé’s birthday, and No.15 The Guest House made it feel special. We got a complimentary room upgrade, and Alec was greeted with a birthday card and a bottle of champagne when we arrived. Such a thoughtful touch, and the team clearly go the extra mile. The staff were excellent and incredibly accommodating, too. I had to change our dates at the last minute, and they were so helpful and understanding. It set a great tone for the stay. We had a wonderful time at No.15 The Guest House and can't wait to return. I'd highly recommend it.

This was our third copper bath treatment, and it was absolutely divine as usual. We didn't stay at the hotel, just came for the spa with my partner. The facilities are fabulous and only a short walk from where we were staying. Our therapists were lovely and talked us through everything. We both had head, shoulder and back massages, and I had a facial while my other half had a bespoke arm and hand treatment. The treatments were outstanding, and everything felt classy from beginning to end. There's always a reason we come back whenever we're in Bath. Thank you for making it as relaxing and calm as ever. We'll be back again.

We loved the fabulous room, and the amazing team made our stay effortless. Special shout-out to Angela, who was a star and made us stay an extra night. The hotel is in a great part of town for both exploring and relaxing. Highly recommend, and we'll be back.

We'd stay in the separate Coach House again. It was quiet, secluded and private. The location is perfect, about a 10-minute walk to central Bath. Onsite parking costs £25 per night, and there are only a limited number of spaces, so booking is recommended. The decor, service and staff were exceptional, especially Ellen. There's also a pantry stocked with complimentary crisps, popcorn, fruit, sparkling drinks, ice cream and sweets. No wonder the New York Times recommended the hotel. It's an excellent option for a luxurious stay in Bath.

There isn't dedicated parking, but we found a space in one of the local carparks about 10 minutes away without any trouble. We were there midweek, so it might be harder to park at weekends. The hotel is on a quiet street, a bit away from the hustle and bustle, and we slept undisturbed. We didn't get to visit the spa this time, maybe next time! We stayed one night in November 2025 at No. 15 Bath by GuestHouse. It’s a beautiful listed Georgian building, quintessential Bath, with a generously sized room, an en-suite and big windows looking over rooftops and green hills. As in all the GuestHouse hotels, the pantry had complimentary drinks, sweets, snacks and ice creams. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, at an intimate table for two by the window. It was full, with a lovely cosy atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and jolly, chatting with us throughout.
