Parking was convenient, and the hotel was easy to find, so arriving and getting around felt stress-free. The area had a cosy feel, with restaurants nearby and public transport that made exploring easy. The staff were friendly from the moment I arrived and happy to share local information and recommendations. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated and well maintained, with furnishings that made the hotel feel both stylish and comfortable. I thought it was excellent value for money and had a truly enjoyable stay. I'd gladly return.

The location isn't right in the centre, but Bus 2 stops just across the street, so getting into Bath was no problem. The host was a lovely, friendly woman who gave us useful information when we arrived. The rooms look just like the photos and the place has a distinctive feel. Ours was super clean and had plenty of shower products, a kettle and a surprising number of snacks. We really appreciated those.

We had such a great weekend. The hotel is quirky and immaculately clean, and the host was friendly and full of useful information. Coming by train? Take the number 2 bus to Combe down nursery, then the hotel is just around the corner. The bus stop right outside takes you into the busy part of town. We walked five minutes to the Hub for a very tasty breakfast. The free walk and tour was also really informative and showed us a lot. Would highly recommend it.

The bar only opens on Friday nights and serves canned drinks, with no food, but they're happy for you to bring food in from elsewhere, especially from the chippie across the road. There are some nice pubs and shops around too. The bedroom had lots of nice touches, and the owner was friendly and knew the local area well. It's a cute little hotel at the top of a hill. The walk from the train station is a steep mile and a half, though the number 2 bus is a quick ride.
