We'd definitely like to return. Mami is such a lovely host, and breakfast was just what we needed after a visit to the Xmas market the day before. It's a wonderful, quiet retreat, and a great place to get a "taste of Japan".

I felt right at home here, and wouldn't hesitate to book again if I'm back in Bath. Mami, the owner and host, was kind and really helpful. The room was spotless, with immaculate linen and towels provided. The en-suite was tidy and extremely clean, with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so I didn't need my own. The location is excellent, with a 24hr petrol station close by if you're running low. Thanks for a lovely stay.😀

We were very comfortable in the spacious room and felt warmly welcomed. Mami is a genuine, warm-hearted and attentive host, and she made us feel nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast too. We'd definitely stay here again on a future trip to Bath.

A clean, tidy place with a fantastic host, and a Japanese breakfast of rice and miso that was great. Everything was easy and flexible, just what a B&B stay should be like. It's perfect for Bath races, only five minutes away by taxi.

I loved my room, Sakura, and the B&B is beautiful. It's such a peaceful location. Mami, the owner, is really kind, and breakfast was perfect. I stayed a few days ago and would definitely choose Zen House again if I get the chance to return to Bath.
